Shipping
Dispatch: Every order is packed and dispatched from our Surat workshop within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery time: 4–7 business days across India. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer.
Shipping charges: Free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Order tracking: A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If the size isn't right, we offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange conditions
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags must be attached
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
How to request an exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp (+91 94279 84198) or email info@suharawears.com with your order number.
- We'll arrange a pickup from your address wherever reverse pickup is available.
- Your replacement ships as soon as the original is received and checked.
Damaged or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no questions asked.
Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, prepaid payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
