Shipping
Dispatch: Every order is packed at our Surat workshop and handed to our courier partner within 1–3 business days of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch to metro cities, and 5–8 business days after dispatch everywhere else in India. Courier timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping charges: Free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below ₹999, shipping is a flat ₹89.
Payment: Pay securely by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.
Order tracking: A tracking link is sent by email or SMS once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Each order is eligible for one return or one exchange.
Conditions
- Item is unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- All original tags attached, in the original packaging
- Request raised within 7 days of delivery
Final-sale, custom-stitched and personalised items can't be returned. Ordering the wrong size counts as a standard return or exchange, so return shipping is paid by you. Please check the size guide before you order.
How to request a return or exchange
- Go to your order status page or your account on suharawears.com and choose the item, the reason, and a refund or an exchange.
- Checked out as a guest and can't find your order? Email info@suharawears.com with your order number, the reason and photos.
- Send the item back, or hand it to reverse pickup where available, within 5 days of approval. We inspect it within 3–5 business days of receiving it.
Exchanges are for a different size of the same product, or another product of the same price, subject to stock. Your replacement ships once the original item passes inspection.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Email info@suharawears.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. For a missing or wrong item, please include an uncut unboxing video. Once we verify it, we send a free replacement or a full refund including shipping, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
We start your refund within 2 business days of the returned item passing inspection. Your bank then usually credits it within 4–8 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
