Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from our Surat workshop within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days to metro cities and 5–8 business days elsewhere in India.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on orders of ₹999 and above. Below ₹999, shipping is a flat ₹89.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay securely by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet through our Razorpay checkout. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery from your order status page. The item must be unused and unwashed, with its original tags attached. One return or exchange is allowed per order. Ordering the wrong size counts as a standard exchange, so return shipping is paid by you. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.

When will I get my refund?

We start your refund within 2 business days of the returned item passing inspection. Your bank then usually credits it within 4–8 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

We're sorry! Email info@suharawears.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (and an unboxing video for a missing or wrong item). Once verified, we send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How do I choose my size?

How do SUHARA sizes fit?

SUHARA sizes follow body measurements from XS (34-inch bust) to 3XL (46-inch bust); not every style is made in every size. Gowns and fit & flare styles are fitted at the bodice and relaxed through the skirt, so size up if you are between sizes. Bodycon styles fit close to the body, so choose your exact size.

What is georgette?

Georgette is a light, sheer fabric with a slightly crinkled, matte surface, woven from tightly twisted yarns. It was traditionally made from silk but is now usually polyester, which is stronger and easier to care for. Georgette drapes and flows beautifully, which is why it is popular for gowns, maxi dresses and sarees. Browse our gowns.

How should I care for my Suhara piece?

Gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water. For embroidered and sequinned pieces, we recommend hand wash and drying in shade. Velvet pieces should be dry-cleaned for best results.
