Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India, to all pincodes serviceable by our courier partner(s). If your pincode isn't serviceable, we'll notify you and offer a full refund before dispatch. International shipping is not currently available.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–3 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Bulk orders (more than 5 pieces per style) may take longer — we will notify you by email if this applies. Made-to-order/customised/pre-order items show an extended processing time on the product page, which forms part of these terms for that order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Other locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are provided by third-party courier partners and are estimates, not guarantees. SUHARA is not liable for delays from courier operations, weather, regional disruptions, incorrect address details, or force majeure (see our Terms & Conditions). Delay in delivery does not by itself entitle you to cancel a dispatched order or claim compensation.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders of ₹999 and above
  • Flat ₹89 shipping on prepaid orders below ₹999
  • COD orders: ₹89 shipping (waived at ₹999+) plus a ₹50 COD handling fee per order, shown at checkout. The COD fee is non-refundable except where a return is due to our error

5. Order Tracking

A tracking link is sent via email/SMS once dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

6. Failed Delivery & Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Parcels

  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning a parcel to us. Please keep your phone reachable — couriers may call before delivery
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refused delivery, or repeated unavailability, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a reshipment charge will apply and will be communicated first
  • If you don't respond within 15 days of our first contact, we may cancel the order and refund the product value only — original shipping charges and the COD fee are non-refundable in this scenario, and we may deduct return (RTO) freight actually incurred where the failed delivery was due to an incorrect address or refusal
  • Refused COD parcels: repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for your account, address, or phone number; future orders may require prepayment

7. Risk of Loss & Proof of Delivery

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Delivery to any person present at the address, or completed via courier OTP/signature confirmation, constitutes valid delivery. If a package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier partner; claims raised later, or where the courier's OTP-confirmed proof of delivery is conclusive, may be declined. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address — parcels lost due to address errors you made are not our liability, though we will assist with the courier investigation.
